This July me and a bunch of pals will be plodding up Ben Nevis and kayaking coast to coast across Scotland - from Fort William to Inverness along the Great Glen. Our aim is to complete this in three days.

We will be doing this to raise funds for two charities. TheYorkshire Air Ambulance is currently the official charity of the Old Brodleians rugby club (where all of the challengers are members). The Steve Prescott Foundation raises funds for The Christie cancer hospital in Manchester and the Rugby League Benevolent Fund.
