Hello! If you are reading this, then you probably already know what, when, why and who is doing this. But just in case you don't, here is the background story in a nutshell:

A group of unfit/ unenthusiastic/ non-running/ exercise-allergic/ ageing teachers & school staff decided they wanted to do something uncharacteristic and challenging in memory of our very special and loved friend and colleague, Mo. So we're doing this run and most of us are terrified. We implore you, therefore, to donate generously - we need all the boosts and support we can get and Sue Ryder needs the cash.  THANK YOU!!!
