We provide a lifetime of support to the wider Army Family.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our just giving page.  It’s that time of year again when we are in training for the annual curry run which is organised by Jamie and George’s school to raise money for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity. This event is in its 4th year and unfortunately each year the distance increases, 25.8k being the longest distance which is 10 metres for each of the 2500+ servicemen/women killed or wounded in action in Afghanistan since 2011.

Jamie and George are running 4k, Martin is running 10k and Mel will be attempting to run the 25.8k distance.  It’s a challenge but wearing the t-shirt with the name of a fallen soldier on the arm really helps you focus and realise just how remarkable these soldiers are and why we shouldn’t forget.

Any contribution will be a fantastic incentive to help us to the finish line and is hugely appreciated.  There is a very easy way to donate via the just giving website.  This is the link www.justgiving.com/wrenfamily2.  But of course any cash or cheque donations will be fantastic too.  Thanks so much.
