I am "running" the Marathon for a great cause, The Ben Kinsella Trust. The trust was set up after the tragic and senseless death of Ben on the streets of Islington.  As a Paramedic, I have had first hand experience of treating kids who have been stabbed or shot in London and often had to try and comfort their grieving family members who have been shocked and stunned by events out of their control; every parents nightmare.  Many of the kids who I have treated have lived and so their trauma often goes unreported in the press. I can assure you that knife crime is a huge problem our children are currently facing and through education and understanding these senseless acts can hopefully be eradicated. 

I really appreciate any donation any of you can make and promise you that on the day I'll earn every penny of it.
