As you may know, last year after recovering from bowel cancer, I set myself the challenge of cycling the Etape Cumry 92 mile closed road sportive, I managed to raise over £1000 for Macmillan Cancer in doing so.

This year I have decided to give myself another challenge!

I will be cycling the Welsh coast 2 coast 24 hr challenge, this is a 220 mile ride, over 24hrs.

I have to raise a minimum of £400 so would be gratefull for any support you can give.

I am siure you will agree that the service provided by the Welsh Air Ambulance is a vital service to our community, and is heavily reliant on fundraysing events like this.
