We support young children in Southwark to improve lives, attitudes and behaviours

Story

Charterhouse in Southwark is a great charity and the main sponsor of my place in the London Marathon. They are a grant making charity focusing on youth and community projects in the London Borough of Southwark.  In recent years they have provided funding for a summer camp for 240 children, an apprentice scheme for 16 young leaders, a football club with 640 members, as well as the promotion of the arts through sponsorship of an outreach programme.

I know most of you probably receive a number of sponsorship requests throughout the year but please give generously not just because I'm absolutely terrified over the prospect of running 26 miles but more because it's a great charity.  Also as an added incentive my work will match whatever I raise up to £2000

Many thanks,

David
