We’re a team of Yorkshire based cycling enthusiasts. The inspiration for Pavé to Cobble was born whilst frequenting a bar on the cobbled streets of Dock Street in Leeds. We wanted to make the Grand Départ an event to share and remember, celebrating Yorkshire’s greatest moment in the cycling spotlight

We set ourselves the challenge by cycling 500+ miles from the cobbled streets of Paris to Leeds in six days, arriving back just in time for le Tour.

We wanted to take the opportunity to raise funds for a good cause, and decided on Yorkshire based Jane Tomlinson Appeal. Jane was a Yorkshire woman and a keen cyclist with grit, determination and fighting spirit and is a real inspiration to us.
