Friends, family & countrymen (& Women) lend me your ears.

I had a mad idea with a friend to ride from Paris to Leeds on a push bike, now we have another 4 other mad people along with 2 more equally crazy support crew who are gonna ride with us.

We have trained hard, ate more & drank less. When most of you good people have been sleeping hangovers off on a Sunday morning  we have been up at 6.30am to ride 70 miles, passing your closed curtains & wishing I was behind them (Not like that!) snugged up asleep.

We have trained when the clock has read 1 degree and when its peaked at 28! But everytime we have finished we have been thankful to those who believe in us and who have supported us & the charity.

I ride my bike because it helps me switch off, I ride my bike because it makes me feel worthwhile, & I ride my bike so that hopefully each and everyone of us will not have to face Cancer in any way shape or form!!
