For the first time in my life I am running a half marathon, 21 km, and looking forward to it!

I will run to support the Naked Heart Foundation, one of the most prominent international children's charities, in its mission to ensure that every child has a loving family and a safe and stimulating place to play, the two things essential for a happy, fulfilling childhood. 
This year, myself and other runners will combine physical forces and fundraising efforts to support a special project - integrative summer camps for children with special needs and their families in Russia.

In 2013, the Foundation provided full funding for 9 camp projects, which allowed over 500 children to enjoy a real summer break.
The typical project costs 11 500 euro, which is 14 days of holidays in summer camp for 25 children with special needs.
