Two years ago I heard about a young boy named Jonjo who was walking from Wembley to West Ham raising money for The Bobby Moore Fund in memory of his nanny and Bobby Moore who both died of bowel cancer.  Having recently lost a close friend of my husband's to bowel cancer I signed up to the walk and met lots of nice people along the way.

This will be my third walk with Jonjo and this year I am walking from Upney to Upton Park, around 1 miles.  We walk in memory of all those who have died from this cruel and wicked disease and to raise money in to research that we hope one day will mean that families no longer have to suffer the loss of a loved one from cancer.
