After completing the London Marathon and the five day test last year, I've decided to up the anti and undertake the One Big Effort (OBE). Starting in Paris we cycle the 180 miles to Calias, we then row across the English Channel, once on dry land we run the 75 miles to central London and then the last leg is to complete the London Marathon. This is a masive challenge and we take a huge amount of training and dedication, all I ask of you kind folk is to donate a small amount to our chosen Charity, Children With Cancer UK. One final request is to travel down to London on the 13th April to cheer the team on, you will not regret it, it is a amazing day! Thanks JT
