Many of you know about the "friendly" competition my brothers and I have every year when taking part in 10k runs. This year we are becoming a team to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan Nurses.

In August my sister-in-law was diagnosed with bowel cancer. She is fighting this illness with such bravery with the wonderful support from Macmillan Nurses. Her husband, my brother Pete, has created the "Wrefrunners"  team with Mark, Tim, himself, James and myself running to raise money for this wonderful charity.

Macmillan does amazing work every day, for Angela and Pete, and for many other families affected by this awful illness. We would be very grateful for any donations you can give in support of our run and chosen charity.
