Well, its GCR #4, but all looking a bit grim. Julie is up to 22km in training, but I've had shingles through the winter, then a chest bug stopped me training for the last three weeks. Is it possible to run a half marathon plus on no training ? Well, managed 9 miles twice last weekend and didn't feel too terrible. Who needs two lungs - just use one and breathe faster !
