We all know somebody who is suffering from or have died from cancer, they could be someone close or just a friend of a friend, but cancer touches all our lives at some point. I'm doing this cycle ride in memory of some special people who have passed away in the last 2 years, and for all those who have battled cancer and won.

For all of you who know me will know this is going to be a battle for me to train and get fit, so please, please make all the blood, sweat & tears and the constant whinging about i cant do it worth it.
