I have been running for a few years now and have completed around 17 marathons and Ultras the longest to date was was The Winter 100. A 100 mile race along the Thames Path and Ridgeway. I like the challenge that is phyiscal and mental. I started running after suffering from a serious chronic illness that changed my life and made me realize I could not keeping putting things off. Running a marathon was one of the things I kept saying I was going to do.Life is short!

I like to raise funds when I can and am always on the look out for a worthwhile cause. This time I am running for Brighton YMCA helping to raise funds for the homeless. Please give what you can. Thanks.
