Iv had to pull out of the ride this year because of a knee injury. I am hoping to do it next year.

under droctors advise I'm not riding for 6-8weeks and then going to have to build up my knee with light work outs so that I can build back on to cycling.

sorry to let everyone down.

If anyone would like money back let me know and I can get that sorted. 

All money that has been donated on justgiving has gone to charity and I'm still doing my part, instead of the ride this year I'm going to try and work at the CLIC Sargent in Shirley and find some smaller events to do near the end of summer. 

Sorry once again for letting people down but I will do this ride soon.

Having completed the London to Paris bike ride in 2012 over three days I decided to challenge myself further and will be attempting the same ride in just 24 hours. To make this challenge a whole lot harder it is at the end of March 2014, which means that i only have the lovely winter months to train.

 

Please help me out with this one, its going to be very hard.

 

I will be doing this again in aid of CLIC Sargent as I know how much donations help them and how much of a great job they do.
