Several years ago I was involved in an unfortunate accident that resulted in me being airlifted by the Wales Air Ambulance. Following a full recovery my family and I remain eternally grateful to the crew that assisted me through the ordeal.  

Over the years we have taken part in many fundraising events to support the air ambulance.  The lastest challenge involves a multi day cycle ride through Wales. 

We start in Caernarfon in North Wales on day 1 and cycle to Welshpool which is about 82 miles. Day 2 will take us on a 72 mile journey to Lampeter. Day 3 is a  final big push to complete the hill infested 52 mile journey to Folly Farm in Pembrokeshire.
