Anyone who know's me, knows that this really isn't my thing - exercise that is ! But inspired by my pal Shara, I've decided that it's time I got off my arse (well not strictly true - I intend to do the whole 100k still sitting down - my kind of exercise!) and did my bit for a great cause.  I consider myself very, very lucky that this terrible disease hasn't robbed me of my nearest and dearest but like everyone else I have known people taken too soon and also salute those that fought and won !
