AMVBBDGO is a cross country relay challenge organised by AMV, the company I work for. Over 6 days lots of us will be taking park in a leg or two using various means of transportation to get us from John O'Groats back to AMV Towers in Marylebone. On 12th September I'll be cycling with a small group from Llanymenech to Leominster which I'm told is around 100km. We need to pass the baton over to the horse riders by 10.30am so not only is it going to be a long ride it's going to be a very early start. The aim is to raise £25k for Brain Tumor Research which is AMV's chosen charity. So please help us to hit that target and sponsor me. Thank you x
