I am running to raise money for the Tree of Hope, who will help my friend\'s little boy with an operation to help him walk.

Lucas Turnbull is three years old and has spastic diplegia.  This means he can not walk or stand without help.  Spastic diplegia is brain damage that causes his legs to spasm and cramp.  

Physiotherapy has helped him alot so far but without a specialist operation, the tension in his legs will continue to cause him pain. This operation and intensive physiotherapy will help him to sit with straight legs, stand, ride a bike and hopefully walk.

This operation is not funded by the NHS so he really needs our help.  So his family have to raise £50 000 by March 2014.  If you wish to help, please donate generously.  You can make a difference, many thanks.
