Story

In September I'm undertaking a 1,200km cycle ride across France from the English Channel to the Mediterranean Sea with my Dad and brother-in-law.

The reason for taking up this challenge is to raise money for St George Foundation, a charity that was founded in 2004 to support the high numbers of children made homeless as a result of the civil war in Sierra Leone and of which Dad is a Trustee.

Today the Foundation continues to rescue, care for and educate street children. The aim is to return the children to their relatives, while continuing to support their education until they reach school/university leaving age.

For many of them university places, professional careers, stability and academic achievement have become reality.

Please read more about SGF here: http://www.adecentlife.org.

Your donations are going to a very special cause, and the three of us very much appreciate your generosity.
