If you know anything about me you'll know these three things:

1. I don't run;
2. I do a podcast;
3. I don't like being shown up.

 

So, when the other lads on A Load Of Old Toffee decided they were going to take part in the Willow 10k (http://www.willowfoundation.org.uk/willow10k) I had little choice but to agree to do it too.

This means, though, that I'll be begging for your money over the next few months.

Frankly, if I'm going to wheeze and snivel my way round a 10k course then the least you can do is chuck a couple of quid to a fantastic charity...

Sands (http://www.uk-sands.org/home.html) are a wonderful charity who provide much needed support for bereaved parents and their families.

I appreciate that times are tough and even the smallest amount you can afford to donate will be hugely appreciated as this truly is a wonderful cause.
