Hello,

 

On the 16th June I will be taking part in the London to Brighton Bike Ride 2013.  I am part of a team – ITAB Pedal Pushers – supported by the company I work for, ITAB Shop Concept.

 

The route of the ride is nearly 60 miles.  To get in shape, I’ve tried to get in as many training miles as possible beforehand on my mountainbike.  I’m feeling confident now, but still not looking forward to the 800ft climb close to the end of the ride.

 

My fundraising target is to raise £200.  All the proceeds will go to the British Heart Foundation.
