I will be taking part in the BHF Charity Bike Ride from London to Brighton on 16th June. Together with my FitBodyBootcamp Family, we are hoping to raise as much as we can to help those in need. I have been supporting the British Heart Foundation for a few years now. I decided to do so just because I think we very often take everything for granted and don't fully appreciate simple things like having a healthy heart for example. I trully appreciate the hard work and dedication BHF shows people in need every single day. It would mean a great deal to me and to the rest of my team if you could please help us raise money for this event.
