As part of a series of ongoing conversational interviews I was doing on the ZER forums, I was talking to the Stewart Rogers, the head man over at UsFitties, a fully philanthropic website devoted to getting fit and donating all of it's proceeds to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

As part of the interview I told Stewart that I wasn't as fit and slim as I used to be and could they give me some hints and tips on how get back into shape.  I also have never run the race I organise.

Originally it was a 13 week challenge to follow the UsFittie tips and write an article detailing my journey over that time period.  It ended up as a 25 week challenge to get into shape to run my own race with Stewart from UsFitties and anyone else we can rope into this team.

It'll benefit me as I'll hopefully in 25 weeks be slimmer and fitter.  I'll get to experience the race that I've been carefully crafting since last year, and we'll get to raise a bunch of money for charity.  Everybody wins.  :D
