On Sunday 1st September I am aiming to complete the Manchester 100mile bike ride, raising money for 'Joining Jack'. This will be the second year in a row that I have done the ride, and last year it was a real challenge. After being on the bike for about 6 hours you get quite saddle sore! I burned 6500 calories that day, so the massive take-away tea after the ride made up for the pain.
