I may not be the most prepared I could be for this challenge but I'm going to do my best! I'm pretty determind because its such an important cause.

Not enough people are aware of what Joining Jack are about. It was set up by Andrew and Alex Johnson when their son Jack was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Distrophy (DMD) back in November 2012. It is a severe life limiting condition which is currently incurable but the charity aims to raise general awarensss of their cause and meet needs of the families and individuals affected by DMD and fund research into possible treatments for this disease. 

I know that if either of my daughters had to go through the same as Jack, I would want any help I could get.
