I have been ill with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis for around 12 years.  At the moment there is no real hope of a cure or effective treatment for me or the other 200,000 or so other sufferers in the UK, some of whom are totally bedbound unable to speak, eat or do anything for themselves.

Invest in ME provides hope for us.  It is entirely run by volunteers so your money doesn't go to pay for expensive marketing and high wages but will be used to fund a UK Centre of Excellence for Biomedical Research and Treatment for M.E.
