Team Mac ran the 10k yesterday in the heat of central London and did it in a respectable time of 1hr and 27 mins. Thank you to everyone who donated and came to cheer for us, shout our names out and shoot water guns at us as we jogged past :-) we had a blast and are so proud to have raised money for our charity. We will update our team total with our offline donations and let you know how much we have raised :-)

To get even more running in from tomorrow ill be jogging the school run with the kids on their bikes. A mile each way with a bit in between along the sea front should do it. Did a Pilates class today for a change

Thank you everyone for your donations so far. You may or may not know I have a foot injury (just my luck) but I completed a 4k training run yesterday and so far so good. I will hop if I have to!
