By running the BUPA 10k I am raising money for the Stroke Association, the only UK-wide charity dealing with stroke in people of all ages.

Stroke is the single biggest cause of adult disability in the UK and the 3rd most common cause of death! Anyone can have a stroke at any time - from babies to the elderly.

I want to raise money so the Association can continue to prevent strokes and support stroke survivors and their families. Considering the above, please donate and give whatever you can to support this fantastic charity!
