On August the 24th I'll proudly be part of team S.T.A.G who will be taking on the Tough Mudder Challenge in order to honour the 10th anniversary of losing our very special friend, Lucy.  This gruelling (and slighly mental) challenge would have been right up Lucy's street; a 13 mile course of madness to be completed as a team; check it out!: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qv9M5zMWqYA

But we're not just doing this for fun (!)...we'd like to raise as much money as possible for 2 extremely worthy charities that are close to our hearts; the Clarke Lister Foundation (you can see more details on their page) and the wonderful Arran Mountain Rescue Team - the hereos that keep our hillsides safer!
