Story

In September 2003 we lost a very good friend, Miss Lucy Ford to a Brain Heamorrhage, she was just 16 years old. To mark the 10 year anniversary of her death we have decided to set ourselves a challange that she would have loved and to raise some money for 2 very worthwhile charities.

We have chosen to take part in the Tough Mudder Challenge which is a hardcore 10 - 12 miles assult course designed by special forces to test your allround strength, stamina, determination and camaderie. It is going to be brutal!

The first is The Clarke Lister Foundation which exisits to support those affected directly and indirectly by Brain Heamorrhage, promote research into causes and treatments and raise awareness.

The second charity we have chosen to supposrt is The Arran Mountain Rescue Team. Lucy loved the ourdoors and they do a fantastic job assisting walkers and climbers and keeping them safe on the Arran hills.
