You'll be delighted to know that not a single penny of what you give will go to helping me freeze my butt off on the gentle hillside called Everest. Nor will it help me stuff my face with trek grub or even buy my flight to Kathmandu! No sir, that's all come from my pocket, don't you worry! :)

Instead, every penny you raise with me will go to Thames Reach, a fabulous charity that works with rough sleepers in London to help them find a way off the street and into safer, healthier and, let's be frank, better lifestyles.

Often facing a wide range of problems, rough sleepers need the support of charities like Thames Reach to take the next steps to lives that they can begin to feel in control of again.

I'd love to be able to raise a goodly chunk of money for these guys so that they can continue to do the great work they do.
