I am attempting to run 10k for The Light Fund on July 14th. I have done minimal training, so this is going to be a huge challenge. Those who know me are aware that this is almost impossible, so come and cheer me on if you fancy a laugh! 

The Light Fund is a great charity, they raise money each year through various fundraising events such as this.  All money is donated to a wide range of charities for Children, Men and Women each year.
