As most of you are aware, as I've not stopped banging on about it, in May I am part of a team racing a Cornish gig over 500 miles from London to Paris over 6 days and nights. This is all to raise funds for Ickle Pickle. Ickle Pickle Children's Charity turns donations from generous people into specialised equipment such as incubators and ventilators to help Neonatal units provide incredible levels of care for sick and premature babies.

Having slipped into being a bit of a couch potato in the last few years, my poor body doesn't know quite what to make of the frequent visits to the gym and training rows out in the channel. Any donations in recognition of my efforts will be greatly appreciated by Ickle Pickle and myself. Promised myself Champagne in Paris, must be easier ways to go and get it!
