Imagine thinking about planning your 40th birthday! Now imagine the only gift you want is to hear your daughters voice... My friend Helen also has a daughter with Rett Syndrome so to 'celebrate' her 40th birthday the has asked 39 friends to do something to raise money for Rett Syndrome Research Trust UK so that lauren (and all of our girls!) can get treatment. I knew I needed to do something big for this one, but what??

Those of you that know me know the hardest thing for me to do is stay quiet! so I have decided (deep breath!!) to stay quiet for a whole 40 hrs to raise money for helen's 'Fab 40'

So from 7am on Mon 25th Feb until 11pm on tuesday 26th Feb no one will hear a word from me!! (even as i write it I'm scared!!)

REALLY you know how hard this for is for me but as an even bigger challenge I will be happy to have any visitors between thoose times! 

Just to add this is a bigger challenge than climbing a mountain for me, I dont even think I have ever stayed quiet for more than an hr before!!
