Thanks for visiting. We're trying to raise £1000 for 14 charities: can you help us? We promise to match fund whatever you donate, so we can raise as much money as possible!
Jumpstart Interactive are proud to be taking part in the Gatwick Diamond Business (gdb) challenge - a road race from Manor Royal to Monaco on 11th May 2013, in aid of their 14 member charities. With a name like ours, how could we not?
In previous years we've supported the gdb charities by donating to the intrepid teams who have climbed hills and mountains to raise thousands of pounds. This year we decided be part of the action by driving one of 12 cars from Manor Royal to Monaco in a race which will pitch us against gdb CEO Jeremy Taylor, Treasurer David Montgomery and Chairman Steve Pullen who will be travelling via public transport. There is no more than 30 minutes in it so it's going to be an extremely tight race.
Each team is tasked with raising £1,000 per car. We've decided to put our money where our mouth is and match fund any and all donations to the Jumpstart team, so that we can raise as much money as possible for the 14 gdb charities:
CCVS, Chestnut Tree House, Golden Lion Children’s Trust, Home Start, Outreach 3Way, NSPCC, The Olive Tree, Rockinghorse, St Catherine’s Hospice, Sussex & Surrey Air Ambulance, Sussex Community Foundation, Sussex Wildlife Trust, Young Enterprise & Young Epilepsy.
If Jeremy raises in excess of £1,000 then he’ll wear a Kermit the Frog outfit for the last two hours of the journey into Monaco. And if we beat him to Monaco, he'sll wear it all the way back to the UK. #isjeremykermit?
