MacMillan were there for my mother and family when she was fighting breast cancer up until she passed away almost 3 years ago, she was only 63. and fought for over 10 years against cancer. 

I am dedicating this years London Marathon to a special friend and two of my closest neighbours who are still fighting the fight.
