Thanks for visiting my page.

You've just joined me on The Seekers' Quest, a year-long sponsorship campaign in aid of memorisers and scholars of the Quran, which will involve some of the most intense physical endurance challenges on the planet. The money raised will go to my two favourite causes, Islamic Help's Orphan Hifz Programme in Gaza and Ebrahim College's Musab ibn Umair Fund for talented students in London.

Please donate generously and support the learning, preservation and teaching of the Qur'an in the hearts and actions of the orphans in Gaza and the future scholars of the UK, insha-Allah.

All proceeds from this fundraising will be collected by Islamic Help and divided 50-50 between both organisations, so please make intention to support both charities and increase your opportunity for sadaqah jariyah (continuos charity).

As a former employee of Islamic Help and a current student of Ebrahim College I can tell you from first hand experience what excellent work they do and their commitment to the improvement of the Ummah.

Joining me on this campaign for some, or all, of the challenges will be my close friends and fundraising volunteers. The list of challenges looks like this:

October - 62mile bike ride London to Brighton

November - Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge

December - 10k (6miles) run

January - 8 miles, Tough Guy mud obstacle course

February - 62 miles, bike ride London to Brighton

March - Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge

April - 26.2 miles, London Marathon

May - 134 miles, bike ride London to Paris

June - 70.3 miles, Ironman 70.3 triathlon

August - September - 814mile bike ride, Land's End to John O'Groats

As you can see, these are extremely strenuous challenges that require serious training and commitment. There is the risk of serious injury, God forbid, but they will be worth it if we can reach our fundraising targets and help support the huffaaz and scholars of the future, by Allah's grace.
