As you already know... should know... don't worry if you don't... you do now... anyway, as I was saying... I'm basically getting on a very fast bike courtesy of my cousin in Wimbledon and cycling a fair few miles through the beautiful sunny streets of Balham and streatham and running through the up and coming borough of the future (Lambeth) yea thats right Lambeth - to test your humanity ... for a very Noble cause... yep mans gonna be buying a new car so need your funds...

been proper on it for the last few days... got meself a 12 days of christmas YMCA pass ...been going all out and using these pukka exercise bikes and hitting the Sauna and spraying my Olbas oil all around the shop .. Basically I'm well up for this..

Ok ... so for real... your helping me raise money for a variety of causes... all of them are to do with improving peoples lives basically and whats better than to look back on your life in years to come and know you've helped someone... in need!

The charity is doing a number of things for a number of people so be sure your money is going to the right place... on the right of my page it explains everything the charity does and WHO IT DOES IT FOR..
