Many of you know about my penguin exploits and the Great North Run over the years from your generous sponsorship, well now it's time to take it to another level.....

It is now time for the penguins to come of age and complete the Penguathlon. This test of endurance will be undertaken with 20 other flippered friends. We'll be cycling 100 miles from Leeds to Newcastle, run the Great North Run (half marathon) and then cycle back the way we came, over 3 days..oh yes.....all dressed as penguins.

We have set a tough target to hit of £50,000 for Yorkshire Cancer Research so please dig deep.
