I’m going to have the words “How Hard Can It Really Be” on my headstone!

I’ve agree (was pressganged through peer pressure) to take part in this year’s Penguathlon which will see 20 of us cycle 100 miles from Leeds to Newcastle, run the Great North Run half marathon and then cycle back the way we came, over 3 days.  But to make it more challenging we’ll be dressed as penguins!!

We have a tough target to hit of £50,000 for Yorkshire Cancer Research.  As many of you know I’m not a Yorkshire man, but wherever you are from raising money for Cancer Research has to be a good thing, particularly when you’ve been affected by cancer!

Please dig deep and give as much as your can!
