Luckily, we love it and are super motivated to help SpecialEffect with their awesome mission to improve hospitalised and disabled peoples quality of life.

I have done a few of these things before, but none as extreme as Tough Guy, seriously, look it up on www.toughguy.co.uk, it is serious... we're talking fire, ice, electricity, barbed wire...!
Just as a training exercise we will be running well over a 100 miles in December... to wam up...

If I don't survive then I would like to have something to show for this!
