I'm more into covering long distances using a motorbike than running but London Air Ambulance is a great cause so I'm happy to trade my leathers for some running shoes just this once!

London's Air Ambulance do a fantastic job of providing quick medical help to injured casualties in and around London as well as transporting patients quickly to hospitals to receive the medical care they need. They are a charity and therefore mostly funded by donations. A very worthy cause in my opinion and one that I hope you'll help me support!
