I am running the Birmingham Half Marathon with a few physio colleagues of mine from Physio 1st Ltd. We have all been set a target of raising £80 each, however, I want to raise a lot more than this.

Having only ever run a maximum of 1500m before, and having to be forced to do that against my will at the end of a decathlon, somehow I thought that tackling 13.1 miles was going to be comfortable. It is not.

I will keep you up-to-date on my progress as it happens!
