Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Here's something I never thought I would hear myself say: "I am running a half marathon"! As someone who only ever ran for a bus until very recently, this is a big challenge!! On the positive side, it's in my native and beautiful Newcastle. On the negative side it's 13 grueling miles! I am hoping that the support of my fellow runners, the beautiful surrounds and, most importantly, the cause we are supporting, will carry my weary legs.

What I am asking you to do is significantly easier; grab your purse/wallet and show your support by donating. As you probably know, it’s very easy with JustGiving (and your details are safe – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails). All your generous donation goes directly to the charity and JustGiving makes sure full advantage is taken of Gift Aid to make each donation even more valuable.
