As you may remember I ran the Cardiff Half Marathon last year for SOS Africa, and for some reason am putting myself through the pain a second time around ! This year, I have got a bit more involved and have been on a panel recruiting students to run The Cardiff Half Marathon for SOS Africa, so it's probably about time I practised what I preach and raised some money myself!
