Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Hi my name is Andreas, and I have links with Alstrom Syndrome UK, because I was engaged to Charlotte Parkinson, who suffered from Alstrom Syndrome.  Over the years I have known the Parkinson family I have become very aware of many needs that this charity tries hard to provide for, helping families of those who have the syndrome as well as those who have to live day to day with this rare syndrome.  I am very proud of all this charity has accomplished from its very humble beginnings to where it is today.  That’s why I’m pleased to be able to give some of my time to raise money and awareness for the Alström Syndrome UK adult group.  This money will go towards; activity breaks, family support, equipment, and to raise awareness of the adult clinic’s move to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.  Please help me by giving generously.
