I am riding the South Downs Way (100 miles) over 2 days with crew and friends of Newhaven Lifeboat to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.  One of our crew members has recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer.  Macmillan do wonderful work caring for people and familes at this exceptionally tough time.
