We fund essential medical research to find a cure for Lymphangioleiomyomatosis

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page which my mum has helped me with.

My name is Charlotte and I am 7 years old. I am walking a huge 10 miles along the top of the mountains near where my big brother Mathew lives in North Wales. We are walking from Moel Famau car park to Moel y Parc - which is a long long long way and lots of hills and stuff!! My brother and I are excited to do this as we are helping our mum raise money for 'Walk Tall & Be Free' for LAM Action - my team is for LAM Action! AND The National Autistic Society (my brother Luke's team). Anyone can join in if you want!

We know a lady in our village who has the lung problem that only ladies get called LAM (long name that I can't spell) - so we want to help as they are really good at trying to find a cure and helping all the ladies who are poorly.

Please also give money to my brothers page Luke's Big 'Walk Tall' for The NAS too - it would be really nice if you can sponsor the same to both charities - I don't want him getting all big headed and show off if he gets more than me!

Thank you

Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare lung disease that only occurs in women. It affects just over one woman in a million. We are a self-help group providing support for patients with LAM and raise money for vital research - it is often difficult to obtain money for research into a rare disease.
